Dual spires. Huge interior that’s clearly updated and not the old heavy darkness you’ll anticipate. This is a working church as well as a busy community center. It’s worth a walk or a drive before or after going to James Connolly or wall murals.

I dropped by this Beautiful but simple Cathedral. It was a nice experience to see the cathedral and its design. Surely enjoyed my time here. Its worth stopping by for bit to appreciate the beauty works of the church.

Stopped of here when along the Falls Rd. With all the history behind us, it was nice to be able to stop and think of all those who suffered loss over the past 60 years. It is quite a cavernous Cathedral - I wondered what became of all this parishioners over the years.

A pleasant half hour diversion from the Falls Road, only a short walk from the main drag, fairly unassuming church with distinctive twin spires. Entrance is free. Although the area has a bit of a reputation for being rough we had no problems at all, and it would be a shame to let this reputation ruin a visit.

This is a lovely church. Love the colors inside and great acoustics. There was a recital going on when we visited and we got to listen to some children singing and playing the piano. Very pretty church. Free entry, spent about 15 mins touring it.

St. Peter's cathedral is a classical Roman catholic church in the west part of Belfast. The visit can be combined with Murals - a graffiti wall on Divis street.

Went on a Sunday. Every single door was locked. No sign showing opening times. Wasted trip.
Located in a dodgy neighbourhood. Think twice before going.

At Peter's is a beautiful cathedral church. The airy and bright interior is so delightful on a sunny afternoon with the light flooding in through the wonderful stained glass. If you are lucky enough to catch a service where the Schola Cantorum are singing you are in for a treat. The sound of this very accomplished all boys choir soaring up to the amazing ceiling and being reflected down again is emotionally and spiritually uplifting.

St Peters is a fairly nice Churches that's certainly more stunning then your average place of worship. That said it isn't a must visit unless you are really into Churches, it is good for travelers on a budget though as it's free.
