Entrance is free, but there is not much to see except good view of Belfast and the garden. I wished that they would offer a guided tour, but this place looks like it's more of a place for catering and wedding.

Lovely castle set in beautiful grounds. Little disappointed the play Park was closed due to winter but a great day. The cafe downstairs was a fab experience too.

The view of Belfast from the Castle was amazing specially during the night. The food was above average. We went for my mother in law’s birthday dinner one evening. Had a couple of young children with us. Staff were accommodating and friendly.

Belfast Castle needs to been seen and taken time over. The outside alone is worthy of a stroll around and try NOT taking photos as it is impossible. The gardens are beautiful even in winter and add a graceful feel to the whole place. Inside,...More

Over the past few years, when we’ve been to Northern Ireland to visit family, we’ve had a meal in the cellar restaurant. While the surroundings are quaint and delightful, the food is of the basic 1980’s Sunday roast variety. The menu is incredibly limited with...More

Hey there, went this March. The castle is free not a great deal to do there but the outside gardens are pretty lush. You can climb/hike around the uphill trails (various ones for different views and fitness levels! Haha. You... More
