We just missed the tour but the exhibits are well laid out and it is very interesting and informative. Impressive building externally, a real focal point of Belfast and some lovely details internally, like the stained glass windows.

Fantastic free tour. Beautiful building and very interesting tour guide. Highly recommend this, takes around an hour for the upper level guided tour. Plenty of new exhibitions on the lower level, Depicting and describing the history of Belfast.

We initially visited City Hall to take a look at the interior design. We left after having enjoyed the exhibition and a very sumptuous snack in the Bobbin Cafe.
