It's important to see what this area is like. Frightening to think what it was like not too long ago!

The catholic Falls Road has lots of murals to see, friendly people and shops/cafes etc. Historically important to Belfast during the troubles - recommended visit.

For those with an interest in The Troubles and in Irish movies. There's a sadness about the divided neighborhood. Very real, nevertheless. A must-see.

We stopped of at the peace wall and was moved by why it originally was built. But now it represents peace and should stay forevermore as a memory of the troubles.

I got one of the city sightseeing buses - £10 and you can hop on and off for 72 hours. It's not that far to walk from city centre either.
