This church needs to show some consideration for guest staying in nearby hotels. Impossible to get any sleep with the church bells ringing every 15 minutes throughout the night. Totally unnecessary to ring the bells at night, and extremely selfish.

St Mary's is the parish church for the diocese of Swansea and Brecon. Brecon Cathedral is the seat of the Diocese. It is a square, Gothic inspired building, with a high nave and main aisle.

This church has a world war one exhibition made by air cadets which is amazing also famous flags and a cafe which is very popular with locals due to the low prices. Also has music events held regularly.

Rebuilt after it was bombed in World War Two, St Mary's is a welcoming and interesting church, with a fascinating tale to tell.
