Turned up with 3 generations not expecting much but were pleasantly surprised - it probably helped that we were almost the only visitors there (would hate to see it in the high season) Enjoyed the Mill Tour, glass blowing, wood turning, the animals and spent an enjoyable 3 hours there. Good cafe and excellent bakery outside A little run down but it... More

We visited today to take advantage of the 'Pirate Week' as it is half term. We paid £24 entrance fee which we didn't mind but we had to pay a FURTHER £1.50 or £2.50 for each activity our children wanted to do!! This made us really annoyed as we felt the activities weren't value for money. For £1.50 our children... More

Loads to do, slightly cobbled together in a charming way. On the site of an original mill, very interesting to step back in time to see how life was. Staff are very helpful, will let you cuddle the guinea pigs! Lovely cafe serving traditional Welsh fare. You. An have a go at pottery making etc. Kids loved it, as did... More

This is a vibrant and regularly updated tourist venue with animals and quirky little historical items and events. There's parking and a very nice little cafe. It's worth a couple of hours and is on the route to the lovely Gower beaches. A good rainy-day activity for kids.

Took our 2 young children along for a day out expecting to be there maybe a few hours. 5 hours later.... we had done arts and crafts, seen a puppet show, been on the bouncy castle, played on tractors and Victorian style games, had a tour of the mill and seen, held and learnt about chickens, guinea pigs, rabbits, horses,... Visited here with my daughter and grandchildren. Excellent all round, plenty of interaction for the kids. Loads of animals to see and also you can feed the ducks. The cafe is also excellent with good service and food at reasonable prices.

Lots of things to do with the kids. But it really needs a good lick of paint in many areas and renovating to a higher standard, very shabby. I think the entry fee is a bit steep for what you actually get.

This was a special day and entry was free (normally £7 ish). We paid to see Santa and he was a really good one (I assume he was the real one). They also have lots of arts a craft activities for the kids to try at quite reasonable cost. A small animal zoo. Food in the restaurant was fair priced... More
