I found this to be a very good exhibition honouring some previous residents rom Cardiff's past and their achievement, and showing some local history about industry and the docks etc. I am not sure what better use people think the building should be put to, unless it's to be another chain restaurant or knick knack shop!?

The most stunning building in the area. Architecture at its very best, just a pity that the designers of the surrounding structures didn't follow the example. Good exhibitions inside.

As a tourist attraction the experience is underwhelming. There is very little to grab your interest inside. This is a great pity as it is the most prominent oldish building in the bay complex and it has the potential to be a major attraction. For the moment don't bother unless you want to get out of the rain.

The building clearly stands out in it's red brick build. Especially stunning when glowing in sunshine. The exhibition shows artifacts on the building itself and it's purpose over the years. A lot can be learned from the 10 minute video presentation in the main hall. make sure to sit on the right side when you enter for a nice effect... More

Magnificent red color building adds the feeling of majesty to the bay area. For a while we though it was a church but later learnt that it's the pier-head building. It creates a nice backdrop for your pictures specially at the sun set. Must visit place and will keep visiting in future as well. Good luck!

This place is a great venue for public speaking events, launch events and for a dinner. I recently went to a magnificent dinner there and the food was stunning. The acoustics are good and its a lovely location right in the heart of Cardiff bay

This is a really interesting building to look round both for its architecture and historic content. Short simple video is very informative. It is one of those places where you could imagine stepping back in time and looking from the managers grand office onto the docks in their heyday.

We visited as there was so little to do in Mermaid Quay. It was okay but I wouldn't go out of my way to visit it.

If you're around the waterfront, pop into this listed building. It is very beautiful with some amazing porcelain tiles. Also has an informative and interesting slide show.
