As world harbours go this is not one of the most scenic. It is though a nice day out along the Mermaid Quay harbour walk. Cardiff Bay is about a two kilometre walk from the city centre, or you can catch a boat in Bute...More

Plenty of bars in the bay but try the Jazz Cafe in city centre near Castle entrance. Great food and great atmosphere with live music.
