Love this place; good for a casual run or you can biking with a hired bike from around the corner... sometimes they have carnival for family days out too... I always bring my frens n family out here when they come to visit me 😊

It’s a great place to run and 7k if run the loop. It’s lonely first thing so might be better later if concerned. It’s beautiful and relaxing but open to the ocean so check weather . It’s so peaceful and spiritual
