Beautiful place, you can see North Wales for miles one way and England in the opposite direction. Also great in the evenings for star-gazing.

We go quite often. Lovely walk for all ages. Make sure wellies or old shoes are on especially if the weather prior hasn't been too good. There's a car park but also spaces out side.

Whether it's summer or winter, this really is a great place to go for a walk, picnic, sighting or just to walk the dog! Offers great views over Hope, Caergwrle and as far as Runcorn on a clear day

I love to come here for walks with the dog. The drive up is not very pleasant as you have to drive up very narrow roads but it's well worth it. Plenty of room to park (free) and you can see for miles, the views...More

You can see for miles and miles, as the song goes, very nice country walk with stunning views all round, great to tire the little darlings out, were they can let off steam and run around and explore and then play at the top.

We took the kids for an afternoon to Hope Mountain. It was a beautiful scenic walk and a great outing. I would highly recommend it.

A wild and beautiful place winter and summer: usually blustery, but worth the slight effort to get to the viewpoint where you can see virtually 360 degrees over stunning scenery.

The park at the top is great, nice walks and 'mini-cliffs', fantastic views. There's also a number of routes you can take from Caergrwle. Beautiful! (The walks in Caergrwle are kind of behind the car park. There is a hidden entrance if you just turn...More

Good circular walk with fantastic views. Dogs love it, plenty of different terrain. Can be windy. Some roads up to carpark narrow.

There are big hairy mountain cows in a contained field at part of the walk but can be skipped if you go around the route to the left/anti-clockwise from the car park

It's not really steep enough to climb, although you can do some bouldering in the park at the top. There's various routes to the top that take around 1 hour.
