Good for a wee trot, this hill make a great day out for a route that is not that strenuous. Can be used as a poor weather alternative if Snowdon is in poor condition. Many variations for such a small hill.

We went here for a walk, we only go up to the lake as the weather wasn't good to go any higher up. The walk is good, the path can be a bit hard with being uneven etc so make sure you are wearing good...More

A nice day walk from Rhy Du which is doable in a couple of hours. It can be made the start of the Nantile ridge walk which is long and arduous. Not to be confused with Y Garn in the Ogwen valley which is part...More

So much better than Snowdon. It is a challenging path up the boulder field, but the views from Devil's Kitchen and further up the mountain are stunning.
