South Stack Lighthouse and Visitor Centre, operated under licence from Trinity House. Tickets available on the island or from the RSPB cafe. Summer opening times: Mon 1300-1600hrs, Tue to Sun 1000-1600hrs weather permitting. Winter opening times: Open Tue to Sun 1000-1500hrs weather permitting.

Great place to visit for the landscape and wildlife photographer, Just be aware of long drops by the cliff edge especially if you have children or dogs with you .

The lighthouse is now open again, for most of Sept and Oct. See Trinity House website for details- not allwoed to post a link.

I don't think the lighthouse is open, the visitor centre and the surrounding walks are beautiful, you can walk all the way down but not across the bridge to the lighthouse. I heard someone ask if it was still closed but... More
