Very friendly staff, can't do enough to help you. Lots of free brochures to take away with you. Loads to do in and around Llangollen.

I have been in a number of Tourist Information Centres over the years, but I must say that this one had the most helpful staff I have come across. Even selling us attraction tickets on a Sunday. Many thanks.

You dont need to go different places to book any tickets for local attractions, the staff was very helpful and booked our tickets for the Barge that goes over the Aqua Duct, lots of information is available in this lovely Tourist Informaition Centre.

We only had a coffee which was very nice staff give you a warm welcome. the food looked fine they even do weddings there now and have a trip on the train after. Well worth a visit £16.00 to ride the train both ways if...More

lovely building, very clean and welcoming, lots of locally made products and books and maps to purchase. Staff are very friendly and knowledgeable about the area and advice on things to do in the area. Great library upstairs too.

I popped in here and asked for some basic walk info and the ladies were brilliant... a free map was provided with detailed infromation about how to get around to the places i wanted to go toon foot. Thank you
