A lovely walk, very relaxing & peaceful. Lovely watching the horse drawn boats pass by too. It's an easy walk with a proper path so no special footwear required.

We walked from the Chainbridge hotel to the pontcysylle aqueduct which was approx 6miles., with a cream tea at Llangollen wharf on the way back. It was completely flat as we followed the canal all the way. Beautiful scenery

Waking along the fairly narrow path alongside the canal was interesting but passing others en route had to be done carefully. This is worth seeing and experiencing but perhaps only once and children must be closely supervised. Great feat of engineering though
