Built in the late 13th century and reputed to be haunted by a past resident, this picturesque castle was built for King Edward I and is a perfect example of the "concentric castle" design.

Conwy castle is in good condition and has 6 towers to climb and connecting walkways. There are clear signs and pictures to show how it was used. I just needed a moat or secret tunnels to make it a 5.

The museum, shop & the grounds are fun you can also go round the ground floor but the ramparts most defiantly not as it would be impossible to do this
