We are NT members and decided to pop in on that basis. Andrew, the guide was great: very knowledgeable about the house. The property is presented very well and gives a good idea of life long ago.

Small old house in the centre of Conwy. Staff very helpful and you could combine the visit with a visit to the Toll Cottage.

Visited this as a national trust member on a day trip to conwy. It was a small property and the lady who greeted us was very knowledgeable about the property and able to answer any questions we had. The only thing that let the house...More

Very old and wonderfully uneven property run by the National Trust. Room stewards were happy to explain and added interest to what's there. Much smaller than the CADW run Plas Mawr round the corner, but still worth exploring.

Loved it, looks small from outside but is deceivingly big inside. The volunteers were exceptional today and we pretty much had a guided tour with all the history being explained in detail. We were made to feel really welcome which is really appreciated.

Aberconwy House is an excellent example of a 14th-century merchant's house within the walled city of Conwy. Now administered by the National Trust, on the day we visited the house was staffed by two knowledgeable docents who told us that at one time or another,...More
