Diamond Jubilee fountain was built in 2012 for the jubilee celebrations of Queen Elizabeth. Costing £100,000 and so what. It lights up at night and honours our Queen. Great looking.

Very few people seem to visit this lovely memorial which is by the river but a few yards off the tourist trail. It is an impressive arrangement of fountains with a clear explanation of how it relates to the Queen's Diamond Jubilee.

A nice and refreshing fountain found in some lovely gardens in Central Windsor. It's been erected to celebrate the Diamond Jubilee. Worth seeking out.

We saw this in the daylight but then went back at night time and it looks so effective. It’s all lit up with the water flowing through it. Worth a visit.

This small garden is at the downstream end of Alexandra Gardens and houses a rather spectacular fountain and flower beds. Not really on the tourist trail.

With the recent hot weather, sitting at the fountain at night, makes you feel like you are on holiday. The benches were spaced apart enough that you could appreciate them in silence. Living locally this is my tranquil spot I go to in the evening...More
