There were a few in flower but most will flower later in the year when I would think they'd be spectacular. Stopped off at... More

The Great Park is so big that you need several days to walk in all the best areas. Savill Gardens is beautiful in Spring with flowering Azaleas and Rhododendrons amongst many other flowering plants. The Long Walk with Copper Horse monument is another great walk and you can always visit a tea shop in the cobbled streets around Windsor Castle... More

Having been there multiple times, this park is great for walks with a dog or picnics with your family. Shame it gets locked during the night/evenings (when it gets darker quicker), as it's quite romantic walking along on that stretch :)

We walked down Queen Anne ride which was great, with views of loads of Deer and dog walkers galore. It was a little muddy on the... More

If you're in Windsor and enjoy a long walk, this is very suitable. It's quite open so on a cool windy day I'd suggest being warmly wrapped up. There is a polo field here and it's good to see a match if you are lucky to arrive while one is on. It's interesting watching the skilled riders during the match... More

Huge park with miles to explore of green fields, woods and park land. Has deer and cattle in some areas, so you need to bring a lead.

Lovely walk on Saturday on the Long walk, really nice route. Staff very helpful with a query I had. This facility the weather had been better, we would have explored more but that will be for another time. TripAdvisor - type of visit category would be good to include family visit without children as you can be a family without... More

A trip to Windsor wouldn't be complete without a wander around the Windsor Great park, rolling parkland with a resident population of deer.
