We have just got back from a brilliant fun weekend at Legoland. We are exhausted!! We stayed at the hotel which was nice but a lot of refurb was going on so it wasnt as nice as it could be. We arrived at the entrance for 9.30am to have a wander around before the main rides open. We were undecided... More

We found Legoland very disappointing. The queues are ridiculously long especially if you have little children. The q bot queue system breeds hatred between visitors and needs scrapping. The rides are small and are similar quality to a fairground. The park also looks dirty and tired. This may of been acceptable 50 years ago but not now. Do not waste... More

Thank goodness we had managed to get a special offer for the visit. If we had paid full charges we would have been really disappointed. Many of the attractions are in need of a major overhaul. There are de-railed trains, fallen "people" and non working vehicles together with many of the clear bricks and coloured bricks needing replacement in the... More

Recent changes to the disability access and ride access pass have made trips a lot harder. Having to select what you want to do, more than an hour in advance, stick to that and then still wait anything up to 30 minutes to get on the ride is not good for an autistic person who can't queue and has the... A disappointing birthday celebration. Long queue for everything even the really boring rides that look like they will be quick! But the turnover is so slow that you just constantly wish you didn't bother queuing for that one! Staff need to speed it up! It's really not fair for paying customers. The ones with the passes, jumping the queues also... More

Our short weekend break to Legoland has completely changed my view of the Lego brand and what it stands for. I'm very surprised that Lego have associated themselves with this run-down place. The company prides itself on strong moral values, yet these are clearly not evident here. The use of a queuing system on the rides that allows the wealthy... More

I think Merlin have tainted the Lego brand with this very poor resort. From the outset it was a disappointment, we had to park in a mucky field despite the fact there was plenty on paved parking and then push a double buggy through the mucky field to get to the park. The park itself is very run down with... More

This was our first visit to Legoland in a few years as our children are now 7 and 13. We were tempted by a Times offer if two tickets for £11. I was surprised at how shabby the park was, considering it had just reopened after a long break. It reminded me of the state of Chessington after Merlin took... More

My kids always have a brilliant time here, so much to do and good rides for younger kids, we have been a handful of times now and we still haven't got round to every thing, the only downside with lego land along with most of the merlin entertainment is the lack of quality and healthy food, it would be nice... We visited 25/26th march. Legoland is for all ages not just the children. The whole family had a great weekend. The park is amazing and hidden Little surprises all over. We arrived on the first day around 10.30 and it was very busy but no real queues to get in with our pre bought tickets. The queue looked pretty big... More
