Lovely to see the water pouring over the weir at this spot. Cafe and ice cream kiosks available but closed when we visited. The geese, ducks and swans are friendly though feeding is not allowed. One has to watch one’s feet walking over the grass...More

Ray Mill Island is a real gem. Lovely to walk around, with a great view of the weir. There is also a small zoo which kids will enjoy. Also a kiosk style cafe with a few seats outside serving hot drinks plus ice creams etc....More

Spent a couple of hours here on a Sunday afternoon .lovely view felt relaxed and not rushed.Have eaten here before plenty of space and nice staff.

Go for a light meal and enjoy the views especially nice in summer, they have a nice selection of drinks and they are attentive

Lovely ambience. You can walk along the river to Raymill Island where you can if you have younger children feed ducks, view the waterfalls and enjoy picnic on the grass

Hi , Ray Mill Island Island closes ( gates locked ) at 9pm . Boulders lock is open 24/7 there is a car park approximately 100yards away and I am sure weather permitting you could light a candle and toast your Boyfriends... More

Ray mill island is open every day. There is no one on site permanently and it is run by the Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead. Info and phone numbers are on their website. Hope this helps!
