I’m sorry I cannot answer your enquiry. On the many occasions I have visited I have paid to go in the Queen Anne enclosure and then had unrestricted access to most of the ground floor amenities. I think there is restricted access to the upper galleries. I have searched the Ascot website without success so suggest you give them a call to get a definitive answer.
