"The Close" are the buildings owned by the gentry within Salisbury Cathedral grounds - Basically the Wall. Amazingly well kept buildings, some open to the public and some not. Well worth a visit if you are already at the Cathedral.

Sunday morning stroll with the Cathedral looking glorious. A very peaceful and uplifting walk around the Close with people coming to worship and tourists looking around the magnificent structure.
