I have been to several gigs here because I want to see the artists but this venue really needs to get its act together. £17 for 2 single vodka redbulls which were put In a tiny plastic cup I can't even begin to imagine what...More

The O2 Academy is used during the Slam Dunk festival.
It can take a while to get inside due to the long queues and security checks. However, when inside, the academy was never completely full.
Good selection of drinks at the bar, especially as they...More
The worst music venue I have ever been to. Narrow, flat room, with an inadequately low stage means that, if you are under 5’6”, and not in the first several rows of people, you will not ‘see’ the band you bought tickets for. I went...More
I saw Sparks give a fearsomely good performance here last night.

Main seats are at the back, but also one row at each side. You can stand at the side, but will only have a decent view if you’re stood directly behind someone sat down. Anyone arriving late gets stuck standing (can be 3 deep) and if unlucky you may end up not being able to see most of the stage. Best to get there early and get a seat If upstairs. Upstairs also has a different queue so avoid standing in the downstairs queue when you arrive.
