Visited with wife 3 grandchildren and dog lovely place plenty of interest for everyone lovely grounds and kids playground try it you will like it and it's free but don't forget to put a few pounds in the box!

Hi Carolyn, We welcome dogs into the park - there's even a dog-friendly area for the Cafe too. We have lots of dog-walkers visit the park. In the museum, we are only able to welcome Assistance animals I'm afraid.

Hi, just to confirm - access to the park is available 24 hours a day. It's just the Museum and the Cafe that have 'opening hours', so you can still enjoy the park even when they're shut.
