I liked the midland air museum, if you like planes then you need to go here. There are lots of different types of aircraft's and you even get to sit inside some of them. It has everything from aircraft machinery to models and clothing. Very...More

If you are interested in Aircraft this is the place to go, they have a very good and varied selection of aircraft, the star is for me is the Vulcan but also many other interesting planes. I also liked the Sir Frank Whittle exhibition.

If you are anywhere near Coventry you should not miss this great collection of military aircraft. There is a good part dedicated to Sir Frank Whittle’s contribution to the invention of the jet engine. The highlights were sitting in the navigator’s seat of an Avro...More

A great place to visit even if not particularly interested in aviation history. The site is quite small so not too much walking needed. Several of the aircraft are open for people to enter and some very knowledgeable guides available with details of the aircraft's...More

Ever wondered what its like to sit on the flight deck of a Vulcan bomber. Well this is the place to go to for just such an experience. A very informative and interesting talk by knowledgeable staff made for a wonderful afternoon.

I went with my father, wasn't free. There are a few concessions but none are free. From what I remember access was OK although outside on the grassy area was uneven. Best bet would be to phone and talk to them
