We had our wedding and reception in the Great Hall. We would thoroughly recommend St Mary's Guildhall for any event, or for a visit. The Great Hall is breathtaking and the photos do not do it justice. The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout...More

A fantastic example of an old building built with bits of older buildings. Do some architectural archeology and see the way this building was put together. Even has the names of the workmen scratched into the glass of the windows. Absolutely fascinating.

Visited on the heritage open weekend when open to the public. The staff inside were very helpful and knwledgable. The wooden carved walls were incredible and the painted parts magnificent. Really worth going in here just for a short visit to see this treasure.
