Plenty of open spaces for walks, sports etc, kids to run around and play.
Large car park and it's free! Plenty to do for kids: skate park, basketball, tennis courts, large playground with sandpit and there's a visitor centre too. Ideal for a walk or somewhere to take the kids.
Take your kids with bikes. Fairly flat, a few different routes. Nice cafe for a cool drink. Pitch and put golf, tennis courts, play area -water bit has had issues hence 4* Great amenity if you're local.

Yes the par is disabled friendly, There is a great path for wheelchairs, 3 wheel bikes and people who walk with sticks. there is also disabled parking facilities in both the car parks if you need them. There is, I think, a disabled toilet in the main tourist block for you to use, but you might need to ring the park and ask. Hope this is helpful for you.
