The building itself is very nice obviously being a new build. Disappointing is that: there is (1) minimal parking and the side roads are heavily congested (2) The swimming pool can be seen from the road, that is concerning both for privacy and safeguarding concerns....More

Upmarket and Erdington just don’t go together. Turd+polish.
