Went to the Canal Side for a Birthday meal and was disappointed to find that no food being served this particular day. Bugger! Lovely place though, small but friendly. Best to ask if food is being served though before ordering your drinks. PS can recommend...More

The entire canalside around the Brindley Place area is alive with bars & restaurants you can take boat trips or walk the towpath out of the city, and in only a mile or so you would think you were in the middle of the country...More
