We were concerned about taking two 8yr old boys to this attraction after reading some of the reviews on Tripadvisor, that it might be boring/babyish for them. First impressions were good - no charge for parking and plenty of parking spaces, friendly, helpful Reception staff,...More

Not alot to say really. The trip is worth the entry fee, some interesting demonstrations with hands on experience. Really aimed at younger children, but still fills a good couple of hours.

Definitely one to take kids too. Educational and interesting if you don't have kids but we did feel a bit silly without them as it was very much aimed at them with a good play area, 4D cinema and a wee car ride thing inside....More

Reasonable value for money compared with other large attractions, however, they could make much more of it with a greater integration with the factory and the whole process of making the different bars of chocolate. Don’t go thinking it’s like Charlie and the chocolate factory.

This is a great day out for young and old! Or at least young at heart! We had booked our tickets online for a timed entry to the ‘exhibition’ which I would recommend stongly. There is a digital display showing the entry times as well...More

I can recommend this tour. I have been on a couple of occasions with my grandchildren and as well as the children enjoying the amusements brand chocolate, I found it very interesting, especially the molds from photographs taken and put on display. It has something...More

We went with some family friends. They give you free chocolate bars everywhere you go inside the factory. I had someone make a chocolate portrait of my face at one of the presentation areas of how they moulded the chocolate. From what I remember it's...More

Spent the afternoon there. Excellent tour, great interaction with the public, staff were very polite and helpful. Interesting history, great shop and fabulous rides. Outdoor play would be great for little ones.
