We visited as a family group of five with a wide age range. Generally well-arranged and efficiently run with plenty to see and do. The staff were unfailingly bright and helpful which is vital to the success of this type of attraction.

It was a nice drive over, we were all excited to fill the trunk with chocolates, and we did. Do not expect much from the tours, walk at a good pace. The standout area was where the chocolates were live demo-ed. And the outdoor area...More

Family outing with two teenagers. Interesting facts all around, quite out of date in some areas. Some of the signage was very dated (not deliberately). We thought that more should have made about Cadbury commitment to fairtrade and sustainability (if there is a commitment), an...More

Kids loved it! Age 11 and 5, one of our only go to days out that suit both. Reasonably priced and the whole family entertained for A full day.

I came here multiple times as a child and coming back as an adult little has changed. It is severely outdated. The rides are the same as when I was a child and they were dull back then. The only addition is the 4D cinema...More

I like it here, but it’s about a two hour experience, and expensive imo. They need to give you more chocolate or at least allow you to purchase chocolate really cheap at the end, Kids will love it, parents wallets won’t,

Took the kids for a Christmas outing to the lovely village of Bournville, built by the Cadbury brothers. So an afternoon at Cadbury World seemed fitting. I was pretty disappointed as I'd been as a kid and remembered seeing some of the actual factory on...More

Pls pre-book the tickets in online .. the factory is not massive hence I would say 4 hrs is more than enough. . There is nothing to avoid. .
