Came to the NEC with my son to experience Insomnia, gaming festival. Had a brilliant time. Staff were great and friendly. Very big venue. Would visit again. Easy access to trains and trams.

Went to this event in Hall 3. Queues were long for everything so waited 20 minutes minimum for anything that was of interest. Needs more variety as well. Food is a rip off and the worst is £12 parking for the day. Rip off Britain...More

We have been trying to book tickets for Kidtropolis. They have been advertised at £9.99 for each session, be it morning or afternoon. Or £14.99 for both sessions in a day. Also 2 adults for £22.49 for both sessions. This is the standard pricing now...More

My friend and I went yesterday to the craft show. The staff at the NEC where very helpful and polite. Its a massive building but well sign posted. Lovely atmosphere. Look forward to going again.
