Visited 1/10. Amazing! 2 adults and 2 small children 3 & 6, all of us had a wonderful time. Halloween theme, witches tour was really good; all characters played an amazing part and interacted with the children perfectly. The castle was wonderful to explore with lots of information delivered in a variety of ways. Enough to keep both children entertained, from smells, recordings and visuals. The horrible history’s maze was good fun and not too hard for children. Zog play land was a hit. Haunted hollows was really good, brilliant decorations. All staff was friendly and super helpful. We visited from 10-3:30 and there’s still lots more left for us to explore next time. Well worth the money.

Great day out, we enjoyed exploring the castle walls, tower and prison (we didnt do the dungeon) that, along with the zog playground, maze and falcon show, and the archery (£6 supplement) was enought to fill 4 hours along with lunch which was long enough.
I think its over priced, but if you can get a 241 its more bareable. We were genuinely impressed by the falcon show, the birds were massive and really swooped over the crowd and the maze is fantastic

The falconary was absolutely fantastic. I would have paid just to see that. I must say that the lady on the pay desk was rather rude. Also we were disappointed that after 4pm we could not get a drink as they all closed. On the whole it was a very good visit.

Very impressive. They ARE big, they ARE "commercial"... but it is WELL done, and TASTEFULLY done. Expensive? Not for what you get.

Be very alert for "special" stuff going on. The day I was there, an archer was demonstrating (Included in general admission), elsewhere you could "play" with some bows/arrows (SMALL "fairground" charge). Access to tops of tower(s?) included in general admission.

But (again, "included") DO NOT MISS!! (you may need to check show times and consider weather) the "Falconer's Quest" SHOW. It is superb. I saw a low key "falconry display- 3pm" notice, and wandered to the indicated area, as it wasn't inconvenient. Their "falconry display" is //much// more than you might anticipate. For a start is is a major, scripted, "bells and wistles" dramatic presentation.

I said they are "big" and "commercial". If you are as good as they are, you will attract crowds. And if crowds are not "managed", the experience will not be good. The customer management is very professionally, courteously done. Don't think "managed" the way McDonalds "manages" the poor benighted souls who submit to their demands. At Warwick, you are a "guest". A paying guest, of course... but not just something to raise the bonuses of remote company directors.

Be prepared for some walking. Again- this is down to visitor numbers. You can't have 500 cars all within 10 feet of the castle entrance.

And I haven't touched on the rooms and their content INSIDE the castle- brilliant, too.

I didn't try the various "add ons"... overnight stays, special activities for kids, etc. From all I DID do and see, I believe they'd be excellent.

Great day out, plenty to see and do and will set up for kids too. The falconry display was particularly good, although the voice over is pre-recorded which is okay but would prefer a live person rather than someone miming to it. It would be 5* but just lost a point as we agree with others, it is very expensive. Charging £6 to park on top of that feels opportunist and things like the dungeon experience should be included. All of that said, there's plenty of other stuff so pretty good on the whole.

What a trip! Me and my partner stayed overnight in the Knight's Lodge in the Knight's Village. The staff were extremely friendly and very helpful. The lodge itself was very well decorated to fit the castle themes. The room had good facilities and was very comfortable. We enjoyed visiting the castle and will definitely come back again. The castle dungeon scare tour was definitely a highlight of our trip, it scared me a lot but was worth the screams. Overall, it was a great trip and we highly recommend it.

We had a fantastic day out yesterday ,it took us about 5 hours to go round , we took a packed lunch & drinks with us as we had read that food & drink was expensive ,we watched the falconer’s quest which was brilliant but be warned the birds do fly low , also if your claustrophobic then dont try going up the 500+ steps to the top of the tower ,its also a one way system

Good car park facilities, swift entry, huge grounds with plenty of different activities (took a 2.5 year old for the Zog event). Great historical information. Would definitely return

Setting great. Main exhibitions really good.
Extras for children ok but still felt a bit jaded
Plenty of picnic spots.
Undercroft Cafe good Costa coffees & helpful staff.
BIG negatives .. Undercroft Cafe & Orangery Tea Room closed at 3:00!!
Opening times!! Closed by 4:00.
Definitely could learn a lesson or two from National Trust.
Staff more engaged in people management than enhancing the visit

We always love visiting Warwick Castle, really beautiful building, stunning grounds and lots to do! Definitely worth a visit.
Returned for the first time after 3 years and did notice that it was in need of maintenance in the castle itself: cracks and damp in the walls, wallpaper peeling and due for repainting, needs a good bit of dusting. Just needs a bit of love and attention and considering how much tickets are, the costs could be covered to do this. We bought an annual pass because we’re local, hoping to see some improvements over the next year.
