Imagine a totally electrifying day out at Britain’s ultimate castle. Where you can immerse yourself in a thousand years of jaw-dropping history – come rain or shine.Where ancient myths and spell-binding tales set your imagination alight, and your hair on end. Where princesses are pampered and maidens are wooed, as winners become true heroes and losers are confined to dark, dank dungeons to be forgotten for eternity. It could only be Warwick Castle.

I visited Warwick castle a couple of times back in the early 90s when it was an actual castle, not a medieval theme park. It’s changed substantially now, not surprisingly given it’s owned by Merlin, the company that run parks like Alton Towers, Thorpe Park...More

Interesting castle with lots of things to do. A lovely day out if you can stay on your feet that long. Reasonable amount of disabled parking but, if you are in the bottom car park, it is a long uphill walk to the castle itself...More

Enjoyable visit, wheelchair lift not working for the Great Hall, should be a priority fix. Also accessible area at Jousting arena was not coordinated and chaotic. This did not unduly spoil the day, the Jousting was spectacular, staff that we encountered were friendly and helpful....More

Even using a buy one get one free ticket, I feel mugged coming here. First parking on top is £6 and the car park is a 20 minute walk. Go somewhere like Disney and you'd get shuttle buses. Due to the walk you have to...More
