We had a great morning with Kierti and her alpacas. She is genuinely enthusiastic and caring about the animals and we learnt lots of interesting things about alpacas as well as taking them for a relaxing but very entertaining walk in the lovely countryside.
We weren't sure what to expect with the Covid restrictions making things more difficult than normal, but Kierti had got everything well sorted so we had a really great time anyway, helped along by her good sense of humour!

If you’re looking for something different to do, look no further than Fairie Tale Alpacas. We spent a wonderful two hours there, learning all about these lovely animals through Kierti’s vast knowledge, and all the information given and stories told were delivered with great humour. The experience includes a talk, meeting the younger alpacas, feeding time and then going on a group walk, with each visitor in charge of their own alpaca. Our daughters took Patch and Zeus for a walk and thoroughly enjoyed it. Plus Kierti’s dog Gimli is on hand throughout to play with! We would highly recommend this experience. Thank you to Kierti and her brilliantly named alpacas for a great afternoon out.

I booked this for me and my sister. It was 2 hours on an afternoon in February. Wellies recommended! A really great 2 hours, Kierti was really knowledgeable and it was great getting to feed the babies and walk the alpacas, you get one between 2 people. It was really easy to book via text and transfer the payment. I have booked again to take a group of friends.

We had a brilliant time here cuddling, feeding, walking and bathing the Alpacas. Was a truly amazing experience set in a rural location away from the towns, so we felt that we had entered some kind of quirky alpaca world which we fully immersed ourselves in. The owner/tour guide was friendly and informative. We couldn't recommend this experience enough.

A birthday present for my spritely 83 year old Dad. We had the best time! Kierti was so welcoming, knowledgable, friendly and down to earth. The alpacas are delightful. All cute, cuddly and photogenic. We had Thundercat who was a lovely little character. Their names were slightly suspect if you're not a fan of Game of Thrones or Star Wars. We would remember them better if there was a Derek, Clive, Enid or Barbara 😜 All in all, a fab time - book book book!!!

What a lovely afternoon out!
Kierti is very knowledgeable, we learnt loads!
The alpacas are beautiful and we enjoyed meeting all the babies and walking the boys round the farm!
There are some beautiful alpaca products to purchase made from fleece from the alpacas on the farm which is a bonus!
Easy to find and a great pub round the corner for a late lunch! Thanks Kierti absolutely recommend! X

We had a really lovely couple of hours with Kierti and her Alpaca's. Kierti is very knowledgeable and is clearly passionate about her Alpaca's. The Alpaca's were friendly and walking them in the peaceful countryside was wonderful. We were a family of four, so it was very personable and Kierti was happy to answer our many questions. Even my 14 year old son enjoyed it - particularly, Kierti's two very friendly dogs that accompanied us. I can really recommend this - just lovely.

This was a two hour experience which included everything you could possibly want from a visit to an alpaca farm.
A very good, charismatic host first of all told us all about the little critters before we had time to have a cuddle (with the alpacas, not the host) and a photograph. We then had a short walk around the farm meeting the various alpacas whilst they were being fed before getting to take them for a walk around the fields. Lovely, docile creatures and a nice time had by all
It’s best to book direct with the farm as organisations like Groupon take a massive cut.
The summer is the best time to visit if you want to see baby alpacas.

Thoroughly enjoyed my time at Faerie Tale Farm.
Kierti is an Alpaca expert, caring, passionate & humerous.. Her love of her animals shines through! There's dogs too.
It was so nice to be able to touch and walk the animals, they're mostly so calm! to see all their different personalities, and to hear their history.
The whole experience was informative and enjoyable from start to finish.
You can book with the farm directly, that way they receive the full amount.

Hello! For parking do you turn left off the road into the field through the gate? Thank you
Written 8 March 2019
Hello,
You do indeed. There is a fair sized field straight off of the road and that is where visitors can park. Our furry friends can be found in the other fields next to that one.
