Box Hill is known for its panoramic views and they do not disappoint. Fans of the Jane Austen book 'Emma' will love it. There is not a lot of sign posts for the walks which is a downside, we almost got lost in one instance....More

went with a group of friends for the fisrt time really enjoyed my time, we had a great time playing games and a BBQ. which is allowed, very large area so you need'nt get cramped. there is a car-park, great views too.

You cannot beat the Great British countryside. Lovely place to walk, there are various routes to walk, all are well signposted and easy to follow. Parking is easy with toilets and a cafe right next to the car park. Amazing views and good walks

There is a fee for the car park - £1.50 hour. £3.00 - 2hours Don't know what time cafe opens - sandwiches good, and lovely chocolate cake,

Free car park I think it is open about 7am not sure go to their website.
