The newest cathedral spire in the UK but a wealth of heritage and a great feeling in the cathedral, the cloisters and the refectory - all in a town with a very welcoming feeling.

A wonderful bastion of ecclesiastical history. Perhaps less evocative than the Abbey ruins, but still well worth an hour of your time. The building and surrounding remains are beautifully lit at night.

The cathedral is beautiful and the tea rooms are lovely but can get very busy.Sitting in the garden on a sunny day is lovely.

Quite a modern cathedral no more than 100 years old. Tower built to celebrate the Millenium. Part of the Abbey. Perhaps the best Gardens adjoin the Cathedral any where..
