nice little old-fashioned pub, crammed full of memorabilia and antiques. Beer was cheap but kept well, cold drinks like coke were kept in bottles and not refridgerated.

Well worth a visit. Set in beautiful countryside. The Peak district is somewhere to visit at least once and I guarantee you will be back

Quirky and very fun pub! Eccentrically decorated and very warm. Landlord is a good laugh and very friendly. Nice food if you like pies!

A must see pub as like no other we have been in. Antiques etc in every room well worth a look. Food basic but tasty and not an extensive menu. Pies, plough mans and stew.

I love this pub! really friendly staff and locals, so much to look at! Alan the landlord has curated the most fascinating collection of antiques including a very large collection of polyphones. It's like stepping back in time. Lovely to see families here together too....More

Perfect pub, of unique finds, localness, friendliness and beautiful atmosphere. Very reasonably priced, friendly lovely landlord/staff. Even got a lift home to the campsite we were staying at! A definite must see
