During November my daughter and I spent a most enjoyable day at the site. The tour was interesting and the guide was knowledgable and friendly. We had lunch, brought some pottery and glass wear then went to do some pottery painting. We enjoyed the experience despite being overcharged and no apology given. We took great care painting our mugs and... More

Excellent day out. Probably spent longer there than most people would (8 hours!), but very informative tour, lovely cafe, very helpful shop staff and excellent decorating session.

One of our favourite places - we love losing ourselves for a couple of hours painting pottery for ourselves or gifts .... the staff are very helpful. We then go through to the shop and the cafe where the food is freshly prepared and good value.

I love this place, the cafe serves very good homemade food, and I would book a table if I should decide to go again. The design studio where you can decorate your own piece is very busy and again booking in advance is advisable. Superb for families, friends etc baby showers, hen parties and get togethers are all going on.... More

Have loved Emma bridgewater for a while now so whilst we road tripped to Liverpool we had to stop here on the way back! The cafe was fantastic the food was delicious and all served on Emma plates etc! All staff were lovely, I'm gutted we didn't pre book the tour but just means I'll have to go back!

This was my second visit, so I didn't do the factory (well worth the tour for 1st timers) so I went to the Pottery Painting. Got lost in the creative process and really enjoy designing and painting my own pieces. Hight recommend for any Emma Bridgewater fan or anyone who wants to try something different. I would recommend that you... More

We popped in here one Sunday afternoon. Unfortunately the road to the car park was closed so it took us quite a while to find a place to park and walk up to the factory. We strolled around both the factory shop and the gift shop but were rather disappointed at the prices of everything so left empty handed.
