Beautiful, picturesque and MTB Heaven. Great for walking even better for mountain biking with two of the most popular trails in the country, how lucky am I living next to it. Stunning surroundings, wildlife and plenty to keep you occupied.

We as a family love cannock chase. If you go from rugeley side there is a lovely stream and small waterfall.kids love that. Nice little cafe and park aswell at visitor centre.

We take the children here to explore the area there are plenty of routes to walk along some tougher than others excellent way to spend a few hours

The whole place is large and scenic with plenty of interesting wildlife and landmarks. It's not too busy as well

A nice relaxing. Walk any time of the year each season is beautiful and depending where you are on the Chase you will find the odd coffee shop or pub lookout for the wildlife as well

Have been to Birches Valley a few times now and have always enjoyed visiting. The car parking is £6 (cash or debit card) for all day, a slight increase but still okay. We usually take a picnic and easily find a shady place to sit....More
