Thermae Bath Spa is Britain's only natural thermal Spa and benefits from the warm, mineral-rich waters which the Celts and Romans enjoyed over 2,000 years ago. Located in the heart of the World Heritage city of Bath, Thermae is a remarkable combination of five historic buildings and the contemporary architecture of the New Royal Bath. Highlights include the open-air rooftop pool with wonderful views over the city of Bath, the flowing curves of the Minerva Bath, the multi-sensory Wellness Suite and a choice of over 50 spa treatments and packages.

I've been here before a few years ago and loved th four circular steam rooms with ambient scents and temperature..very different now. Unpleasant arrival as a man was shouting and swearing in the foyer..not their fault I know...one steam room not working at all one multi jet shower not working.so really only one steam room and an electric sauna available.... We pre-booked the twilight package as a treat for my wife's birthday and although we arrived a little early were quickly given our instructions, robes and towels etc. and on our way through to the changing rooms. The spa was reasonably busy when we arrived and seemed to get busier as the 2 hours or so passed (possibly people coming... More

This was my favourite part of visiting Bath! Although the treatments were fully booked, we still soend ther 3 h and had dinner as well! The top floor, outdoor, heated pool was SO nice and relaxing Other floors included the steam room . We much preferred the rooftop pool though ( was February). The place was very clean, even considering... More

Group of ladies wanting to go for a hen do but cant book at the weekend has made us regret our plan. We are comig all the way from cornwall for a relaxing time but we cant book so we have the prospect of queuing for up to 2 hours (from others peoples experiences) on a hen do. Thats queuing... More

I had a day in the Spa,great facilities could do with more signs where to go, especially as one staircase was being renovated. Once I worked it out I was pointing people in the right direction and how to lock the lockers. I can highly recommend Ula for treatments, she saved the day for me. Unfortunately I had a bad... More

This was my 3rd trip to Bath, and each time I visit, I have to go to this spa. They had renovated since my last trip, so it's even more relaxing now. Start with the rooftop pool and work your way down. By the time you descend, and finish experiencing all of the rooms, you'll be floating for the rest... More

There are plenty of nice things to spend your time doing while in Bath, but this is definitely my favourite. Sure, it's not the cheapest experience going, but it was so worth it. You don't have to worry about taking anything with you except some swimmers, you can hire everything else. Included in your most basic entry is even locker... More

We enjoyed our 2 hour stay at this beautifully redeveloped spa in Bath. The highlight is the outdoor pool on the roof; fantastic views on a cold bright day. What a way to see Bath. Excellent steam rooms and saunas-an all round great experience. It is busy though so its not a peaceful experience.

It's a a really lovely and relaxing posh spa, you get free flip flops and robes in your size and they are really comfortable, I would highly recommend to friends and family.
