The Circus is adjacent to the Royal Crescent and a must see. A beautiful circle of houses, many of which were previously occupied by history's famous people.

We stopped in the middle of The Circus (under the tree) and finished our coffee while taking in the amazing architecture of these terrace houses. Definitely worth a stop off to take in the beauty of Bath.
If like me you have seen The Circus in movies and TV dramas and thought it's just a row of houses, think again. You cannot help be slightly shocked at the scale and magnificence of this sight. Was definitely worth the hike up the hill...More
Beautiful architecture such as I have seen nowhere else on my travels. It is well-worth a visit and easily reached in a City Wlaking Tour.
This is an excellent place to reach other attractions as all roads seem to run off it and it is a good place to get your bearings
Well worth stopping off here on route to the Royal Crescent, take in the architecture and size of the place, bring your camera with wide angle lens or your phone with panoramic shot taking capability...
You need to pass through The Circus on your way up to Royal Crescent. The Circus itself is a wonderfully complete and unspoiled piece of Regency architecture forming a circle which connects 3 streets.
Wonderful meal here - not the cheapest but worth it. Loved the set up downstairs which is cosy and like a front room. Would definitely return on our next visit to Bath. A little bit off the main drag. Make sure you book!
Great to see that lovely architecture unblemished by modern improvements. Only need to walk past, only takes a few minutes to capture a photo or two
