Worth visiting but too far to walk to from City. Car parking very tricky. Get on - get off red buses best solution but ask if included as there are several different routes

if you enjoy well laid out gardens, trees, shrubs (no flowers) and very peaceful this is well worth a visit - about two miles round the lake and not too stressful. If visiting Bath this is a very good add on and some great views

Visited gardens in late February, wonderful view, fresh air, nice long walk. Experienced this while drizzle rain, can only imagine this place in spring bloom and sunlight. Will go back for sure. Admission is £7.70pp.

Beautiful gardens at the back of a large manor which is now owned privately as a school. Great walk with plenty to look at even in the winter. Tea room is great with provisions of little cushions and blankets to keep you warm. Several swings around the walk good for big kids as well as children. Great views towards Bath... More

We were a little disappointed by these gardens because the bulk of them were not that attractive. The only area of any beauty was the central area with the water ad the bridge. Other than that we could have given it a miss. Much more to see in Bath itself.

Prior Park Landscape Gardens is within a 10 minute walk from my home. The garden are very tranquil and idyllic. The lake invites an array of wildlife and the family of swans and cygnets make this a picturesque place to visit and have afternoon tea with family and friends.

We got engaged on this bridge and it was magical! My fiancé picked the perfect spot to pop the question. The staff at the entrance are also so helpful and full of interesting facts. We even joined the National Trust that day on their recommendation and have had a great time using our membership. The walk around the grounds is... More

This is a lovely place to go for a walk just a short way from the centre of Bath in the grounds of this magnificent Palladian mansion. Parking can be difficult and is a present restricted to disabled parking only. If you have mobility problems the steep paths would not be suitable for a wheelchair. If you are fortunate you... More

Lovely walk with lots of good views and beautiful landscapes. Reasonably steep in places and a bit pricing but still worth a visit.
