We live in Bath and walked along the canal to get to the vineyard. We looked at the vines, and then sampled the two whites, the rosé and two vintages of the reds. Tony told us about the difficulties in growing vines and different grapes in the UK, and about the wine making process as well. It was only three of us but we chatted over the glasses and even sampled the wine that was about to be bottled for the year. I'd definitely recommend this as something different to add to a good weekend walk!

Spent the afternoon with Tony learning about his vineyard and wines he produced. We had a thoroughly enjoyable afternoon and will definitely be back. The wine was so delicious too.

Had a lovely time at the vineyard. The wine we tasted was delicious and it was very friendly. Interesting to hear how it all began and the do’s and don’ts of wine making in the UK. We’d definitely recommend this.

We pulled up as we saw the brown signs advertising the vineyard enroute into Bath. We had called a few times with no answer so thought we would pop in to see if there was any availability either then or later as it was all open. There are no signs or information to indicate that as hoc visitors are unwelcome, however we were made to feel extremely unwelcome by the elderly man there.
After parking up we saw him & asked whether there was any availability either now or later when we were barked at stating that he was with a group. So we asked whether we could book for later & he again rudely told us to “off you go” without any answers. We can only imagine how the group he was with felt after the rude interaction.
Such a pity as the vineyard looked so quaint.
We would have loved to have a tour and to look around however we shan’t be returning due to such poor hospitality

Arrived at this tranquil and sunny vineyard in the middle of nowhere!
It was great to have a walk around and find out about the history and the process.
The wines were lovely, and the owner was very knowledgeable. All round a wonderful way to spend a couple of hours!

Had a great time here, 14 of us came for my sisters hen do. Tony, Margaret and their lovely helpful lady (apologies I’ve forgotten her name!) made it such a special experience. Tony gave us a very informative tour of their beautiful Vineyard, followed by a taste of five of their home produced wines which went down very well, so well a number of us bought some away with us! Great couple of days out, very good value for money, would highly recommend.

I surprised my girlfriend with a trip here for her birthday.
This is one of the best things we have ever done!
The correspondence via email and phoning when booking were very helpful.
On arrival we were blown away! The area in which this is situated is beautiful!
On arrival we were greeted politely by a vineyard worker who introduced us to Tony who owns the vineyard.
Tony was brilliant, he gave us aa very informative tour and the scenery was unreal! The history was also very interesting!
We had our own time to walk around the vineyard.
The actual tasting was very good! I’ve done wine tasting but it was brilliant we both really enjoyed it! We also brought a few bottles of the wine which rates really good!
Would recommend this to anyone visiting bath who would want to impress someone!
It helped we had really good weather, however I believe this trip would still be beautiful if it wasn’t so hot

My boyfriend and I came here as part of our trip to Bath and it was brilliant. Tony took us on a tour of the lovely vineyards, showed us how the wine was made and then we did a wine tasting where we got to taste 5 of the delicious wines from the Mumfords range. We absolutely loved the Mumfords White and bought a few bottles for friends and family (and ourselves of course!) Thanks Tony for the great experience!
