Go with children for this adventure and youll soon go back to your childhood. Such a magical place. Britains original theme park with a surprise at every turn. Theres a lot to be said for going back to basics. ENJOY.

With undulating paths through woods and Rhododendrons the park hides the idiosyncratic buildings and tunnels created by less than willing workers.

Their website Hawkstonparkfollies says it closed in November and December, except for pre-booked Santa Safaris in December

sorry, bit late. There's a Cafe near the entrance, but think it may refuse entry to dogs. We didn't take ours. Don't think there are many covered areas.

Personally I don't believe it would safe to do so, there are many steps and many steep drops. Paul
