What a fantastic little cathedral. Do go along and take a look, you won't be disappointed. We were lucky enough to hear the choir practising. So much detail to the interior. Little gift shop too. Not sure about facilities as we didn't need any. The...More

A beautiful, fascinating, and historic church with plenty of room to pray and meditate. There’s plenty to see as well. Prince Arthur’s heart is buried here, but that’s not the only thing worth seeing. I was fascinated to see that they have a record of...More

This is a great church with lots of history. What is especially nice is that there are volunteers therein who are happy to chat to make sure your experience is a good one. Whilst the church is free to visit, the tower is not. However,...More

We love to walk around and enjoy the architecture of this building. If you come when the organist is practicing, you can sit and listen to the beautiful music. You can also climb up to top for the fantasy view of Ludlow.

Although I went to pay my respects to A E Housman who is buried and memorialized in the church yard, I found myself taken by the absolute beauty of St. Laurence's. As in most of Shropshire, people are friendly and happy to add a bit...More
