Most amazing place to take the whole family. All staff dress in period clothing, fish and chips in newspaper just like in the good old days. Amazing day out.

A wonderful trip back in time to see what it was like to live in the past. Plenty to interest all the family. Look out for the special events that take place throughout the year.

Outstanding day out a real eye opener. Buying the yearly pass was great because we will definitely visit again during the summer months to witness all the attractions working

Living near Beamish Open Air Museum in County Durham and spending a couple of days visiting family near Ironbridge we thought we would check out this attraction to see how it compared with Beamish. Have to be honest and say we were not disappointed, even though half of the site was inaccessible due to the slippery conditions, what we did... More

I loved the Victorian village at Blists Hill. The only reason I haven't given five stars is because of the price. It is very expensive to visit, especially once you have added on the cost to park in their visitor car park. If you are local or in the area long enough you can buy a passport for all of... More

Step back in time... Excellent full day out Worth every penny Great village set up , brilliant well dressed old fashioned looking staff help the feeling of the nostalgia from years gone by. Great to see the history and go in the bank and get old coins to use on the shops. Loved it ..well worth a visit ...

Well worth a visit if you're in that area. Built on a 52 ha site, we were there half a day and would have been... More

This is mainly an outside, living museum that recreates the sights, sounds and smells of a Victorian Shropshire town in the late 19th and early 20th centuries. The whole thing is very well done particularly with the characters in costume milling about their daily business. You can call into the actual buildings and interact with the staff who enlighten you!.... More
