We used to visit the Moorlands quite often. However on a one of our last visits the food was poor. Food was barely warm and the roasts tasted reheated (and not even hot) we mentioned to staff who apologised and passed on to the kitchen....More
We've never been to the Moorlands befire as usually chose another carvery establishment but now we've sampled here, this will now be our preferred choice.
Nice to see smiling managers and staff which includes those carving the meat....super friendly!

I have worked within this industry for years and visit this pub a fair few times since the new manager has arrived it just seems a much better place he is a real character and makes you feel extremely welcome massively impressed
So breakfast is about £4.30.. And for that it's unlimited...but if you want mushrooms it's 80p extra( madness) and now they have taken scrambled eggs off menu as well..a joke..not vegetarian friendly as everyobe uses the serving tongues to pick up bacon etc and hash...More
