Love this theatre, accessible for all, with a great variety of productions. Disabled access is good with good lifts and space for wheel chairs as necessary

I've had the privilege of visiting the Crucible over many years to watch the World Snooker Championships and occasional theatre. Sheffield is honoured to have such a theatre.

Not sure of the nearest, but Travel lodge are good value. Also talked to someone who used a Holiday Inn express nearby, which they booked a year in advance. Need to book quickly to get a room. Gets booked up,

You will have no idea who will appear in what match until next year. The top 16 players will appear in the opening rounds, against qualifiers. From there it will be from those 4 players who make up the semi finalists. Left... More

The best thing to do is go to the stage door to get autographs. You can go to the Winter Gardens to watch the tv show. Each year they have different exhibitions on. You can see some of the trophies near the cloakroom. Varies... More
