I never visit Sheffield without calling by here, even in the winter its a nice place to stop and take a breather but in the summer I can spend hours here just relaxing to the sound of the water.

Nice fountains, well kept plants, open space, quietish. Worth a look if you're in the centre of Sheffield, but nothing special.

The peace gardens are really popular for teens & students to hang out as well as city workers on lunch breaks. Young ones & families play in the fountains in summer. During the winter there are stalls & sometimes ice skating. It's surrounded by bars...More
