Peaceful spot to while away a bit of time. Easily accessible on foot from the railway station. Steep path though, although once in the park it is flat. Almost adjacent to the larger Norfolk Park.

One can see this gothic 19th century monument from the city centre and the railway station on a grassy hill, next to the Park Hill flats. It's worth the climb as there are excellent views to the west over the city. Additionally, you can contemplate...More

Small but cosy, good range of things to eat. Lovely coffee and loose tea. We had bagels and a slice of millionaire shortbread. Very nice, worth waiting the time it too for it to be prepared.

A really unusual monument which you would walk right past unless you know the history - It details the horrendous conditions which existed in Sheffield at the time. Near Norfolk park entrance on Shrewsbury road have a walk in the park after a quick photo...More

A quite place to look over the city & spend time reflecting. The stone work is beautiful, and the area is well kept. The information stands are worth a read as it gives a lot of insight to the area. The adjoining woods are also...More

From here you can see all across the city and the rolling hills of the Peak District in the distance. It's quite a steep walk from the train station. Exit from the back of the station, where the trams stop, and head up one of...More
