Living in Sheffield I have visited the botanical gardens on several occasions. It is a lovely place to go to on a summer day and I presume it would make a nice winter walk but I hibernate in the winter so haven't been. The flowers are pretty and well kept and there is an inside area with tropical flowers which... More

The gardens are beautifully presented. Every season has something special. The cafe has lovely dishes on offer and is always impeccably presented and friendly. We love to call in and feed the squirrels, a wildlife and natural haven outside of the city.

This is a regular haunt for me & the kids, including our dog. Love the lay out, glass house & plant sales. Super, but busy in the Summer time.

An absolutely gorgeous garden with lots of hidden little paths and surprises. There's lots to see and it's beautiful all year round.

Hiding just outside the city centre is one of the cities best kept secrets, the Botanical gardens. With everything from fossilised trees to a bear pit, temperate glasshouses to a café/shop, its a great place to relax and explore away from the nearby hurly burly.

Have introduced these gardens to all three of my Grandchildren. They love it there and it is the first place they want to go. The glass house is always a great hit with hidden waterfalls and wishing well as well as the unusual plants. They love the freedom of the gardens with many different areas and squirrels. Good for picnics... More

the staff here were very helpful and knowledgeable and made the whole experience much more interesting by explaining some of the plantings and the new education centre development which is a big improvement for them and provides many exciting opportunities ahead. I saw many plants that I can't grow here in Ontario, as well as an area planted from North... More

Slient place for chatting and hanging out with friends if you looking for some special place for relax. Many flowers around the park best time autumn and summer. Highly recommended for International Students. Trees and squrillels brings cutiness to that place. #MUSTBE
